Robotic welding configured for your component, joint and production mix.
Industrial and collaborative robot configurations with the right power source, torch, fixtures and positioners, set up around your component geometry and weld requirements.

Why automate this step
Skilled welders are hard to find and keep, and manual weld quality varies with fatigue and access.
A welding cell repeats proven parameters and torch angles on every part. Fixtures and positioners matter as much as the robot: they set how consistently the joint is presented.
What the system includes
- Welding robot or cobot selected for reach and part mix
- Power source, torch and wire-feed package
- Fixtures and workholding designed for your component
- Single or dual-station positioners
- Process trials on your parts and agreed inspection criteria
- Weld build-up and refurbishment of worn surfaces, where the process suits
Your proposal lists exactly what is standard supply and what is optional.

Welding FAQs
Industrial robot or cobot?
Cobots suit lower volumes and frequent changeovers with simple teaching. Industrial robots suit higher volumes, heavier torches and larger fixtures. We recommend one after reviewing your parts and output.
Can you rebuild worn components by welding?
Robotic weld build-up can restore worn surfaces on parts such as moulds and plungers. Send us the component and wear details and we will assess whether the process suits.
Discuss your welding application.
Share the component, the current operation and the output you need. We'll work out what's needed to assess robot suitability and agree the next step.
