Collaborative robots that are quick to deploy and simple to teach.
Six-axis cobots from 3 kg to 20 kg payload for assembly, screwing, machine tending, palletizing, welding, coating and inspection, programmed by dragging the arm through the task.

Why automate this step
Small batches, frequent product changes and limited floor space make traditional robot cells hard to justify.
A collaborative robot is light, mounts on a floor, wall, ceiling or mobile stand, and is taught by moving the arm by hand. It suits work that changes often. Whether it can work beside people without guarding is decided by a risk assessment of the whole application, including the tool and the part.
What the system includes
- Cobot selected for payload, reach and repeatability
- Gripper, screwdriver, welding torch or other end-of-arm tool
- Mounting: fixed base, lifting stand or mobile platform
- Drag-to-teach and teach-pendant programming
- PLC, machine and vision interfaces (Ethernet, Modbus, Profinet)
- Risk assessment and safeguarding for the complete application
- Operator training, with structured courses through RoboxRise

What we need from you
These details let us judge suitability and size the system. Send what you have; we'll ask for the rest.
- The task, step by step
- Part weight, size and gripping surfaces
- Reach needed and available floor space
- Cycle time target
- How often the product or task changes
- Machines or lines the cobot must talk to
- Whether people work in the same area
What a cobot brings to the line
Drag-to-teach
Move the arm by hand to each position and record it; refine on the teach pendant.
Flexible mounting
Floor, wall or ceiling mounting, on a lifting stand used as a seventh axis, or on a mobile platform.
Open interfaces
Ethernet, Modbus-RTU/TCP and optional Profinet; SDK for C/C++, Lua and Python; ROS and API.
Built-in safety I/O
16 general and 16 safety inputs and outputs on the controller, plus collision detection.
Quick to redeploy
Light arms with a small footprint that can be moved to a new task when production changes.
Wide range
8 models from 3 kg to 20 kg payload and 625 mm to 1,650 mm reach.

Collaborative Robots FAQs
Does a cobot need guarding?
It depends on the whole application. A risk assessment of the cobot, the tool, the part, speeds and the people nearby decides what safeguarding is needed. A sharp tool or heavy part can need guarding even on a cobot.
How is a cobot programmed?
Most tasks are taught by dragging the arm to each position and recording it, then refining on the teach pendant. Offline programming and SDKs for C/C++, Lua and Python, plus ROS, are available for more complex work.
Cobot or industrial robot?
Cobots suit lighter payloads, small batches and frequent changeovers. Industrial robots suit higher speeds, heavier payloads and fully guarded high-volume cells. We recommend one after the application review.
